In this session you will mobilise your spine, think about your head and shoulder posture and challenge yourself to keep your spine in neutral in different positions.
As always do check with us or your GP if you have a specific pathology.
If you have forgotten any of the keys points of alignment or are a complete beginner, then do work through the Pilates Rest Position before you give the video a go.
