Physiotherapist and Reflexologist
Originally from Normandy in the north of France, Audrey studied physiotherapy at ASSAS school of Paris, graduating in 2010. She then worked at the Memorial Hospital France-United-States, spending more than two years rotating in several units (orthopaedics, neurology, intensive care, paediatrics and cardiology) before working for three years in a private practice where she gained experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
With her wide knowledge, Audrey enjoys working with individuals of all ages and all sporting backgrounds. She places a large emphasis on education, aiming to empower individuals by providing them with the skills they require to take ownership over their own health. She believes in offering a combination of hands on therapy and individualised exercise prescriptions.
During her career, Audrey has developed a keen interest in complementary medicines; she certified as a reflexologist in 2014 and will soon complete a dry needling course.
Audrey has a strong passion for handball, which she has practiced for 15 years. She developed a wide knowledge in sport injuries working pitch-side with her previous and current handball teams.
Audrey has recently been accepted onto a Master’s degree in Osteopathy at the British School of Osteopathy and will provide 1:1 physiotherapy sessions on Friday afternoons and evenings and Saturday mornings.
