Getting you back to balance

If you suffer from muscular aches and pains, you know how frustrating it can be when this stops you from going about your everyday business and doing all the things you enjoy.

At Back2Balance: Physiotherapy & Pilates Studio we provide a full range of physiotherapy treatments, from short courses that speed up recovery to long-term rehabilitation following a serious injury or surgery. Whether your condition is due to an injury, illness, dysfunction or a disability, our experienced physiotherapists can help.

Treatments tailored to your needs

Every individual is different. That’s why we tailor all our treatments to your specific needs. We work with your body’s natural healing mechanisms, incorporating exercise and holistic therapy, such as acupuncture, into our treatment plans.

And we also provide ongoing advice about exercise and pain management to ensure that you recover as quickly as possible and injury doesn’t reoccur.

Discover a better You

£50.00 for a 30 minute session

Using a combination of manual therapy, including manipulation, mobilisation and soft tissue techniques, physiotherapy will relieve your pain and promote healing.

Our experienced physiotherapists will provide you with an exercise programme to carry out at home to help improve your strength, posture and fitness – and manage your own health long term.

£45.00 for a 30 minute session

Used to complement physiotherapy, we use acupuncture to ease pain and muscle tension.

During the 30-minute session, your therapist will insert fine needles into specific areas of your body called acupuncture points. We use acupuncture to tackle a variety of health issues such as headaches, lower back pain, arthritis and whiplash.

If you have a health condition
that’s not listed, but are interested in trying acupuncture, please speak to us and we can advise you if this is something we would treat.

£75.00 for a 60 minute session

The benefits of massage if you’re feeling stif, tense or in pain, have long been recognised.

A sports massage increases the blood circulation and range of movements in your joints, which will aid your recovery time after an injury.

With the release of endorphins, serotonin and dopamine, massage therapy is an excellent stress relief, promotes better sleep and encourages relaxation.

£10 for a 1 hour class
£54 for a course of 6 sessions

We recommend Pilates classes to patients to help improve posture, core stability, flexibility and prevent the risk of re-injury.

We offer both one-to-one sessions and group classes, run by Chartered Physiotherapists and specialist trained instructors. Exercises are adapted for individual needs and set at achievable levels.

Osteopathy
