Back Care Awareness Drop-In Day

To mark National Back Care Awareness Week we will be holding a drop-in day on Saturday 26th October for patients old and new.

On offer throughout the day will be

  • free consultations with our qualified physiotherapists
  • free taster treatments including sports massage and Tui Na massages, Pilates, Reiki (from 10am to 12pm) and Alexander technique (from 2pm to 4pm).
  • practical demonstrations by our resident personal trainer about exercises that can help for strengthening the back
  • free information and advice, including how to incorporate holistic treatments such as massage, Reiki, Alexander technique, acupuncture and Pilates into your pain management regime
  • treatment discounts.

This is a drop-in day so no appointment necessary – just come along and tell all your friends and anyone you know who suffers with back pain!

Coronavirus update

To all of our patients we hope that you are keeping well and following the government guidelines on how best to protect yourselves at this difficult time.

As the prime minister is allowing leaving home for any medical need, we will remain open at Back2Balance. We will continue to follow the guidelines and do everything we can, to keep you safe when you attend for your physio appointment.

We ask that if you are feeling unwell, have a persistent cough or fever or have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with the Coronavirus, that you stay at home and let us know. If you need any advice or help then we are here, feel free to give us a call or send us an email.

We are now able to offer live stream classes and video physio appointments, get in touch for more details.

Everyone take care,
The Back2Balance Team
