New Pilates classes starting 12 April

PilatesDue to popular demand, we’re launching two new Pilates classes on Tuesdays and Fridays, from 12 April.

Our new instructor Charlotte will be taking classes at 10.30am every Tuesday and 1.30pm every Friday. We’re offering a discounted price (£6 for one hour) for these Pilates classes until the end of May.

If you’re looking to improve your posture, core stability and balance, and flexibility, and develop strength and fitness, then give us a try.

Coronavirus update

To all of our patients we hope that you are keeping well and following the government guidelines on how best to protect yourselves at this difficult time.

As the prime minister is allowing leaving home for any medical need, we will remain open at Back2Balance. We will continue to follow the guidelines and do everything we can, to keep you safe when you attend for your physio appointment.

We ask that if you are feeling unwell, have a persistent cough or fever or have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with the Coronavirus, that you stay at home and let us know. If you need any advice or help then we are here, feel free to give us a call or send us an email.
