Back2Balance is running guided meditation and visualisation classes to promote relaxation and self healing and to reduce stress and anxiety, every Saturday at 2.30pm.

In a fast paced world where we are constantly on the go, it is important to take time out and look after our wellbeing. Not only will we be more efficient and productive, we’ll have a healthier, happier and peaceful life. Guided meditation and visualisation is one of the best ways to achieve this as it triggers our body’s ability to heal itself. It’s accessible, doesn’t require much time and is an effective way to find peace of mind and calm in our busy city lives.

Coronavirus update

To all of our patients we hope that you are keeping well and following the government guidelines on how best to protect yourselves at this difficult time.

As the prime minister is allowing leaving home for any medical need, we will remain open at Back2Balance. We will continue to follow the guidelines and do everything we can, to keep you safe when you attend for your physio appointment.

We ask that if you are feeling unwell, have a persistent cough or fever or have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with the Coronavirus, that you stay at home and let us know. If you need any advice or help then we are here, feel free to give us a call or send us an email.
